Anne Arundel Medical Center Eastern Shore Building Fund |
AAMC, one of the beneficiaries, treats more than
22,000 patients each year. Incidentally, many of these patients
travel from Kent Island for medical attention. Proceeds from the
ball will support the building fund for an AAMC branch on Kent Island.
The medical center’s main initiatives are medical, surgical,
oncology, and women and children’s care. In 2001, the medical
center celebrated 100 years of service to the community. For more
information regarding the medical center, please visit www.aahs.org
